What is Float Glass?

The Float glass, also known as Plain Glass, is a colorless and transparent glass. Being able to be used in several installations, its manufacturing process guarantees a world-class quality, therefore presenting excellent uniformity and marginal optical distortion.

Float Glass’s characteristics 

The float glass could be used in several applications and tailored to your specific needs. As well as mirror, several manufactures techniques could be applied, namely:  Edges, bevels, holes, tempering, laminating and matting.

According to your requirements, the Float Glass it is available in the following finishes and thicknesses:

Colorless finish:
Thicknesses: 2mm / 3mm / 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 8mm / 10mm / 12mm / 15mm / 19mm

Extra-clear glass Finish
Thicknesses: 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 8mm / 10mm / 12mm / 15mm / 19mm

Bronze / Green / Gray Finish:
Thicknesses: 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 8mm / 10mm

Frosted Finish:
Thicknesses: 3mm / 4mm / 5mm / 6mm / 8mm / 10mm / 12mm / 15mm / 19mm

Patterned glass:
Thicknesses: 4mm / 6mm
